Our CEO
Chuanika’s passion for supporting leaders is rooted in her rich experience and accomplishments in educational leadership. With over two decades of leading change in urban schools, she has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and skills highly sought after in the field. Chuanika exhibits an exceptional talent for transforming school organizations, coaching leaders, fostering teamwork, and nurturing partnerships.
As an Executive Leadership Coach in the School District of Philadelphia, Chuanika embodies her commitment to supporting and inspiring education leaders. She partners with principals and assistant principals to help them identify and transform familiar and comfortable patterns that hinder their effectiveness and full leadership potential. She assists leaders in prioritizing goals and shifting self-limiting paradigms amidst an onslaught of rapidly expanding responsibilities and stakeholder expectations.
Chuanika holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Temple University and completed studies at Arcadia University to earn a Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility. She received an Executive Coaching Certificate from Saint Joseph’s University and the Center for Executive Coaching.
Chuanika is a senior fellow with the Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is the author of Self-Coaching: Unlocking Your Inner Wisdom to Achieve Your Vision, a personal guide designed to support leaders in prioritizing self-reflection and implementing self-coaching. Chuanika uses her experiences as a Teacher, Principal, and Leadership Coach to support leaders who desire to increase their impact and effectiveness. Her creative approach to innovating change makes her a valued leader in the field.
